Hi-Tech Public School is affiliated to the CBSE run by the Nelliyulathil Educational Trust. It is a co-educational institution having classes from LKG to X. Our school was established in the year 2000 and is affiliated to CBSE.The remarkable and unique feature of our school is its academic excellence and strict discipline. REPORT OF THE ACADEMIC YEAR 2022-2023

With profound pleasure I present before you the annual report of Hi Tech Public School for the academic year 2022-23 which is now completing its 23rd year of successful inception.

Staff & Students

The school  was established in the year 2000 by the founder beloved chairman late Mr.P.KMoidu Haji with a main objective of providing quality public school education. The school as on today, the school has  923 students,60 well trained, well experienced & dedicated teaching staff&7 non-teaching staff on rolls

Academic Achievements

School has consistently secured 100% result in the AISSE board examination of CBSE right from the year 2005 when the first batch appeared. I am very proud to report that we were able to obtain excellent results in AISSE March 2022.Out of 44 students who appeared for AISSE 2 students secured above 90% in all subjects. The students are Nouba Sherin V M, and Rayyan Muhammed.Other students too got very good percentage. I take this opportunity to congratulate students &teachers  who had worked hard for their excellent achievements. Our aim is just not to help each student attain success and get good marks in examinations but also equal importance is given in character training too, and my teachers have helped all the children gone out from here realize it, that character and behavior is very important which is more than a good examination results.

I hope parents also feel the same. I would like to say that we are always happy to receive the parents and ready to give those sincere help to solve their children’s problems along with them. They are always welcome and we assure all co-operation we can. The present batch of X std includes 39students. We hope and pray that present batch too will maintain the tradition of securing good results.

Orientation programme :

The school had sent the teachers for various subject wise and life skilled based orientation programmes conducted by CBSE to update themselves.

A motivation class for teachers was given by Mr.Lindo John (life coach and counselor)

Awareness class for students on Leprosy by kunnummal Health Inspector Mr Anil Kumar.

Students were given covid vaccination 1st and 2nd dose from school in the presence of kunnummal Health Inspector Mr Anil Kumar.

 

The school follows a holistic approach to education and accords equal importance to academics and co-curricular activities . Different students club were formed in the beginning of this academic year  under the supervision of  teachers. Nature Club and science club, English club with Four houses of our school celebrated  important days  such as environment day, Fathers Day,  Vijaydivas, Gandhi Jayanthi, Anti Drugs Day, World Environmental Day, Kerala Piravi Day, Independence Day, Christmas Day, Anti Child Labour Day, International Yoga Day, Vaikom Muhammed Basheer day, vayana dinam,onam celebration, Postal Day, world girl child day, food day, karshakadinam, world aid’s day, human rights day etc.were celebrated with great pomp and posh.

Charity:

Under ‘WE CARE’ a Hi Tech Palliative unit Rs 80000/- was collected and donated for Muhammed Ivan (Ivan Mon) treatment.  An amount of  Rs.31000/- has been collected for kidney patient (our school driver)

Hi tech BalajanaSakyam

Our student Harishankar of IV , Riyana Fathima of IX participated in Gandhi quiz conducted by Vedika vayanashala.

Karatte:

Karate class introduced  in 2010 is in full swing in the school which is held on every Friday both for boys and girls. This year we have 45 students boys 16 and 29 girls for karate.

 

 

Scout and Guide:

Presently we have  Scout and Guide wing in our school.This year we have registered our school under Hindustan Scout and Guides, Kerala.Registration was done for Scouts, guides, cubs, and bulbul. Our students Anirudh Babu of IX,Muhammed shahal of IX, Muhammed Rafan, Vaiga laxmi and Siyona of VIII selected to participate in Rajyapuraskar

Nallapadam

Under Nallapadam our school took intiative with the aim to encourage and develop social values among our children providing opportunities for social awareness activities and charity programmes. Following are the various programmes conducted for Nallapadam.

  • Flood relief awareness class was given for students.On behalf of this students and teachers collected an amount of Rs 200000, collected clothes, books etc.
  • Visit of Kozhikode assistant collector Ms Anju to our school.Cheque of Rs 100000 was donated to chief Ministers relief fund through the collector.
  • Charity was done under the banner Koodorukkam Kunjikarangalilude.Under this students visited 20 houses in Wayanad which was totally destroyed by the flood and donated house hold items which cost 100000 rupees.
  • Vayana Kalari was introduced.This was done to promote reading among our children.
  • Distributed medicinal plants to the students.
  • Celebrated environment day.
  • Introduction of garden in each class.
  • Medicinal garden was done in the school.
  • Distributed onam kit for autistic children. Children came to school along with their parents and collected the kit this was done under the guidance of Kunnummal BRC staff.
  • Nadan bhakshanam Cookery competition was held.
  • Prepared a cookery book called ruche pustakam.
  • Tablets covers were made by the students and donated to PHC Kunnummal.
  • Introduced “Love Green Box”and reading corner in
  • Donated Rs 11000 to Alvin’s family who is Kidney Patient.
  • On palliative day our students visited an autistic child Aswathi and donated a gas stove.
  • Gopika of IX std donated her hair to a cancer patient at Amala Cancer Centre Thrissur.
  • Students providing water for birds.
  • Plantains were planted.
  • Waste free Kozhikode. Green Ambasadors of our school visited various houses and gave awareness class for those people.
  • Note books were collected by the students to provided for flood effected children.
  • Students visited various houses and helped the needy people.
  • Students spent one day with Adupill colony people and distributed food for them.

Cultural fest

Every student of the school is divided under the house system namely, Amigos and Falcons where every child was given a chance to participate to bring the innate talents. Falcons house was adjudged as the winner house (Abid Sir).Amigos house as runner up (Anoop Sir).

C.C.A Programmes:

Each student of the school is encouraged by the Class teachers to participate in the intramural competition. The students actively participated and won various prizes.

Nainika Lagesh of VII secured  I  in painting water colour ,II in pencil drawing, Niharika N Sunil of VI secured II in elocution hindi, Saira Sameer of V  secured III in recitation Arabic, Hiranmay of V secured III in light music Malayalam, sakshi of IX  secured III in versification Hindi, Vykasi of IX secured I in Recitation Mal and III in Light Music Mal, Fathima Zenbuck of VIII secured I in Recitation Arabic, Thanmaya SS of II std  secured III in story telling mal, Ritwik of I std secured III in Recitation Mal, Adwika Gireesh of VI secured III in Bharatanatyam, Anliya Dinoop of III secured II in Folk Dance, Siyona of VIII secured II in Mohiniyattam,Harishankar of IV secured Second in Independence day Quiz conducted by vedika vayanashala

Vykashi, jayanthimala, siyona, shasa, fizza mariyam, liba fathima, aavani harish won II a grade in Group song and III in Patriotic song under district level vadakara sahodaya. First and second prize winners were taken to participate in state kalotsav and the students are:Fathima Zenbuck of VIII participated in recitation Arabic, Nainika lagesh of VII  in pencil drawing and painting water colour, vykasi of IX in recitation mal, siyona ss of VIII in  mohiniyattam

 

Sports Meet:

We conducted Annual Sports Meet of our school on 26th and 27th    of October   the students were categorised into two groups namely Amigos and Falcons. Falcons  won the overall trophy.

Our school had introduced football coaching class in 2018.  Every Monday for VII & VIII,Tuesday for IV & V and Wednesday for VI, IX & X  classes are conducted from 11:30 to 4 pm .

Our School conducted a house wise  football match  on 28th October between two groups  under category 12&14 and Falcons won the match for both categories.

Other Meets:

Our students were taken to participate in Kozhikode district baseball competition girls team  won First Place –our students are Vykasi,Haya Gafoor and Aavani and boys are selected to Kozhikode district team and the boys are Preful and Nivedh

The following students were taken to participate in Vadakara Sahodaya Chess championship held at Rani  Public School the students are: Niranjan, sreedev, druvdarsh, shivanand, jeeva sujith sebastin, nizal Abdulla, dyandev, mohd anfan, muflih mohd, risha meharin

 

Students  paricipated in Vadakara sahodaya Judo championship from Amrutha Public School the students are:

The students were  taken for vadakara sahodaya football championship at SMI Public School Kunhipally hosted by Rani Public school. Students participated under 12 are: Muhammed rasheed, fadi aman, rihan majeed, muhamed riswan aslam, muhammed ranish, muhammed zayan, muhammed razin, muhammed raban,munsir t m, alan Krishna, rayan k p, muhammed shayan, ashlin Krishna, muhammed ramil, karthik Krishna, sarosh Abdulla and there were the winners of the tournament.

Students participated under 14 are: muhammed faizan arfath, muhammed thasin ashraf, muhammed shayyan, faizan muhammed, shabin Abdulla, sivadev, vishal sasidharan, thahanoon kais, noorudheen k t k, muhammed rishan, nasrudheen k t k, abhiram, muhammed jazlan, liyan ismail, abdul nafih, yadu Krishna and won IInd runner up.

Students participated under 19 are: dyandev, muflih, nivedh, mohd nihal, preful Chandra, muzammil, sreerag, anagh s pramod, thariq bin noufal, jeswanth, mohd adnan, mohd aman, nandakishan, mishab, shazi aman, shahid k k,

Students were taken to participate in Atheletics by CBSE from Calicut university stadium hosted by peace public school students are Nived – long jump, 4X100mtrs relay, shazi aman- high jump, mishab-100mtrs running, 4x100mtrs relay , nasrudheen ktk- 100mtrs running, 4x100mtrs relay, faizan muhd-4x100mtrs relay, shabin Abdulla- long jump,shotput, 4x100mtrs relay, muhd shayan -4x100mtrs relay, muhammed aman p-discus throw, 4x100mtrs relay, sreerag-4x100mtrs relay, thameem kareem-shotput, vykasi-200mtrs running, nooha manal-long jump,shotput,  hina zabin-200mtrs running, shiyana p-400mtrs running

 

All these achievements in academics, co-curricular activities and sports could not have been possible without the support of our chairperson Mrs Aysha Moidu & our MD Mr Amar Moidu.I take this opportunity to extend my sincere thanks to  both of them  for their unstinting support in running the school effectively and their presence at every need of the school.
